Cats-teroids is a 2D space-shooter mobile game. It is a parody of various space-shooter arcade games from the 1980s and cartoons from the mid-20th century that feature violence against cats for the purpose of humor. The player controls a space cannon and blasts cartoon cats into asteroids plummeting towards the earth in an effort to save the world from impending doom. The goal is simple: shoot the asteroids to score as many points as possible and don’t die or let the earth be destroyed in the process… and also to have a stupid good time!
